Cycle Charting
Receive an educational session and resources about how (and why) to chart your cycle. Then work with your doula throughout the month to assemble and interpret your chart.
Education
Every family comes in with their own knowledge base and their own opportunities for further learning. Your doula can provide you with education and resources on a wide range of topics and concerns specific to your journey.
Support
You will have access to your doula via text, email, and/or phone so that you can reach out with questions, concerns, or to celebrate fertility wins.
